Job Summary

In partnership with YouthBank International, Youthprise brought an innovative youth-directed giving model to Minnesota by building a network of youth-led grant-making entities. We are seeking a high capacity individual with significant state-wide and national program experience to take Youthbank to the next level. This position is supervised by the Chief Innovation Officer and will work closely with the Youth Engagement Manager, University of Minnesota evaluation team, and a network of youth trainers.

Set and lead the strategy for YouthBank USA; design and implement an expansion plan to grow program state-wide and beyond. Support youth philanthropy community of best practice and statewide network of YouthBank host sites. Coordinate and facilitate shared learning opportunities and visits site locations. Seek consultation and maintain collaboration with YouthBank International. Provide evaluation and other program information as need and actively communicate progress.

Schedule: Full-time, regular employee

Compensation and Benefits: This is a non-exempt role with a pay range of $45,000-$55,000, depending on qualifications. Youthprise offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Education, Experience & Skills

High School Diploma or GED required. Relevant undergraduate degree or additional relevant training is ideal. Minimum three years experience and/or education managing programs. Attention to detail; able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines concurrently. Excellent interpersonal skills: able to interact in person, over phone and by email with constituents, including youth, and community partners. Effective facilitation and training experience. Access to reliable transportation. Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends, if necessary.
