As of today, Youthprise will be working remotely until further notice, and our office will be closed.

Youthprise is doing our part to slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus by practicing social distancing and supporting the broader public health efforts.

We are continuing to do our work, and we are expanding supports in nutrition to support communities impacted.

  • All Youthprise grantee and public events scheduled for March and April will be postponed and rescheduled or moved to virtual formats.

  • Our staff is changing all in-person meetings to calls or virtual meetings.

  • Our staff will not travel regionally, nationally, or internationally.

  • Board and Committee meetings will be conference calls or/and online.

  • We will update our status by April 1st.

  • Continuing all our work.

  • Learning how we can better support our communities during this time.

  • Grantmaking and grant-payments are continuing.

  • We are building our ability to host online convening.

This is an unprecedented situation we know the communities we support are going to need our support and the broader community support. If you would like to donate to our nutrition program and general operating support to fund the critical work of keeping our youth safe, please donate here.

We are joining a growing community of employers and organizations who are doing their part to reduce the impact and protect those at most risk, including those with respiratory diseases, compromised immune systems, and our youth and their families during this time.

We will continue to send updated resources as they come in; our thoughts are with all of us.
